1. All Sales Are Final (Unless Defective)

All sales are final. We do not accept cancellations or change requests after an order has been placed. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you may be eligible for a return or refund.


2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns or offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items that are final sale, custom-made, or personalized are not eligible for returns or refunds unless defective.

3. Shipping & Delivery Time

Orders typically take 10–15 days to arrive at your location. Please consider this timeframe before placing an order, as we do not accept cancellations once an order is confirmed.


4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us at senpaisarc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Wait for Approval – We will review your request and provide instructions.
  3. Ship the Item Back – Once approved, send the item to our return address (customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect).

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • If the refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or incorrect. If you need an exchange, contact us at senpaisarc@gmail.com.


7. Non-Returnable Items

Items that are final sale, custom-made, or personalized are not eligible for returns or refunds unless defective. Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Gift cards and digital products.
